Great space and view!

This condo is in excellent condition with great bathrooms and bedrooms. The living space is open and large and good for many guests. The best part was the balcony and vies of the gulf.

Pros: Spacious and clean, well maintained, great location, easy access to the beachCons: Bedroom by the front door gets very warm and the ceiling fan did not work, needed more seating options on the balcony, it’s huge which was great but only had one small table and four chairs, and a broom and dustpan would have been handy to have in the condo. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons for us and we hope to come back and stay again!

Great location!

We loved the location and how easily accessible the beach was. The parking garage is tight but we always found a spot on the open level for our SUV. Plenty of room for everyone and the beds were comfortable. Overall a great house.

Very nice condo on a beautiful beach

We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of issues (front door code, disposal) but they were reconciled quickly and to our satisfaction. The front (twin bed) bedroom was still warm but there were two big box fans that helped considerably. Everything else about the unit was great. Very spacious and the two bedrooms with direct beach views were amazing! Bathrooms were spacious. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Great Condo!

Very clean and easy to access. Large balcony and spacious rooms. Only a couple of small things- mattresses needed replacing and are worn, front bedroom with twin beds is a little hot (maybe a vent issue). Otherwise, it’s a great stay for large families.

The condo was very nice and just the right size or us with our grown married children so that they each had their own bedroom and bath. It was a nice time together even though we could not get in the water for two days due to the hurricane. One of the lounge chairs was a bit crooked, the code didn't work when we got there, but someone worked with us to change it so we could get in the room. All in all a great experience..

Updates were plenty

Lots of room, all bathrooms were updated and clean. 2 Bedrooms had balconies. Elevators were quick going up and down. Never had to wait more than a minute. We had 2 Seniors with limitations and everything had easy access. They both loved the pool with some shade. Loved the covered parking. Updated Kitchen with everything we needed.

The location is perfect! Very easy access to the beach and surrounding. Love that I could hear the beach waves from our bedroom. This place needs some upgrades like better shower heads. After a full day at the beach a great shower makes a great difference. The shower sucks. Also we had problems with a wrong code to check in. We had to wait about 30 minutes for online help. The internet code was also wrong.

Great Condo with fabulous view!!!

Property was just as pictured, very roomy and comfortable. Loved the views!!! There were eight of us for a girl's trip and we had an awesome time. The condo was very well stocked in the kitchen, had everything we needed as we did cook some of our meals. On our last night, the air conditioning went out due to something caused by a thunderstorm and they were on it as soon as we called. My only suggestions would be replacing the rug in the den area. It is very very worn and more attention to mopping of the floors. Despite these small issues, I would definitely recommend and rent again.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION... sand and salt water saved the day!

This space is very nice. Shy of some housekeeping issues (dusty ceiling fans, etc.), the accommodations were enjoyable. There was no staff on duty, at least none at the desk or seen anywhere during our stay. The door code did not work upon arrival, and it took three separate calls to customer service before we were supplied with one that allowed entry. It seems the service provided by the company has declined over the years. Not sure if they have been "sold" or if there are other issues. If you can adjust to some small inconveniences, you will be just fine.
