“Everything about this property was fine. But for the price point it needed to be nicer. Inside the rooms was again, fine. But the floor had some spots that didn't look the cleanest (not bad but just like it needed a vacuum), the one comforter had some stains and i found a large ant in the shower and another fly looking thing in the bathroom. The outside of the rooms is where it really needed more help. The rooms looked updated but the pictures online don't match when you show up and they show……

“The room is spacious and clean. Bed extremely comfortable. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The air conditioner is annoying as it runs non-stop regardless of settings; but honestly very minor inconvenience.”

“The room was clean upon checking in. Staff was helpful at that time. The location is right down the way from Navarre beach. I was supposed to have a refresher of towels and trash on day 3, full cleaning on day 4 and another refresher on day 5. These days were subpar. Most of the days towels were taken but not refreshed. Trash bags weren’t put in. On the full cleaning day the trash wasn’t taken at all, the floors were left dirty and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. I talked to front desk after the……

“Todo muy bien , menos el baño , la tina del baño estaba muy deteriorada, y no tenía cortinas el baño , sugiero que si van a tener ese costo , todo debe estar impecable, hay que darle mantenimiento a lo que esté roto , como la tina del baño .”

“Check In was quick and easy and the Staff were absolutely awesome! I thought I was on a Cruise ship. Breakfast beats any Hotel Breakfasts I've ever had and I've had alot. Bar on site, 24 hr restaurant, great stay.”
