Beginning September 22nd, work will be done in phases; stripping, priming and final coat. The door, and all framing around them and the sidelight will be addressed on each unit. Each door will be visited on 3 occasions.
-Initial Pressure Wash/Light sanding to dilapidated areas
-Prime Coat
-Top Coat with Bottom Skylight Plate Install
There will be durations where entry doors will be propped open for drying.
They will begin on the top floor and work our way down. 4-5 floors being worked on per week from the top down.
