Forget all the busy streets and noises of the crowded beach front life, we have the best country style living in the city. Tons of great places to eat and visit. Grocery store within walking distance. Bring your family and enjoy the Park just a few blocks away, or relax in your private backyard with large Grill and deck with table and chairs . Great clean and quite neighborhood. Close to Downtown, Restaurants, Shopping and a Short Drive to The Beach. Enjoy the unique entertainment/events that Beautiful Historic East Hills has to offer. Charming Cottage style home, with original hardwood floors throughout. Bathrooms have all been updated, large bedrooms and closets, with extra storage in the Laundry Room. This cozy home has all new appliances and amenities. New remote controlled lights. Antique and art style decor throughout the home complete 2 master bedrooms one with a king Size bed and the other with a queen bed. The third bedroom features a full and a twin bed. Enjoy an entire home to yourself costing way less than a one bedroom hotel room.

Any items left behind will be placed in the lost and found and held for a max of 30 days. It is the customers responsibility to make arrangements to recover any items left behind if they are found. House looks exactly like the pictures & it was clean but it is an older home. We enjoyed the patio with a charcoal grill. Also, it’s very convenient to the beach & shopping. My family & I enjoyed our stay.

Great house with plenty of room for your family. Quiet neighborhood, close to the airport and the water. Right next to the bridge to go to Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach. Great restaurants close by. Property manager very friendly and easy to get a hold of! I would definitely recommend this house to rent and I will stay here again the next time I am in town

This place is ok if you plan to eat out your whole trip. All of the pots and pans were filthy. They all looked like they had been cooked in and put back in the cabinets. Dust and cobwebs were all over the place. Each room had a fan that you need to control with a remote but only one remote/fan combo actually worked. Decent price, but don’t expect much. Would not book again.

We spent a week in this lovely home, enjoying sunny back deck, open kitchen. There are so many nice eateries nearby, parks, and, of course, downtown! The History Museum, the Fish House and Jaco’s, and watching the Blue Angels practice. Next year, we’ll add Spring Training. Thank you!

House was just as described. Very clean, very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Great central location for our needs in Pensacola. Penny, the property manager, was very quick and responsive to our questions. Will definitely try and stay there again on our next trip to Pensacola. Thanks for a great getaway!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We did have some issues with the AC but the owner/property manager got someone out there to take care of the problem. I would just recommend the yard to be maintained a little better than what is was.

Check in was easy and property manager, Penny, was very responsive and pleasant. Location is convenient to everything, with plenty of room. Many thoughtful touches, like filtered water pitcher with cold water upon arrival, plenty of towels, pillows and extra supplies, Roku tvs, remote control fans throughout, high-speed internet and comfortable furniture. Would rent here again!

The only downfall was construction going on across the street, so it wasn’t very quiet in the mornings. I do not see any fault with the property owner though, as that is completely beyond their control.

This house had room for our family of 5. I didn’t want to be on the beach and this neighborhood was so peaceful. House had everything we could have asked for and more!! Communication with owner was top notch. Our next trip we will def stay here!
