Beautiful Gulf Front Penthouse

Bring your bathing suit and your beach towel! One Bedroom Penthouse directly on the Gulf of Mexico and the pristine beaches of Perdido Key.

Completely renovated in 2006. Brand new furnishings, new appliances, new flooring, and much more. This condo is fully furnished with complete amenities (including washer and dryer inside the complex). Nearly 800 square foot private balcony that opens from living room to overlook the Gulf of Mexico and a pool right on the beach as well (also features an indoor pool and hot tub). Flat screen TV's in bedroom and living room with cable. wifi Internet access available also. Newly renovated fitness center with all new equipment and showers.

We had the best view from the balcony saw dolphins everyday playing in the ocean. The condo was very clean had everything you would need. Parking was great. Easy access to get all our luggage to the condo. The furniture on the balcony was great except for a couple chairs that were questionable but there are plenty of others to use. Would highly recommend is just a fabulous balcony area!!!!!

The view was astounding. Best view we have had at Perdido. Could see ocean and bay. Perfect place to watch the sunset. No washer and dryer in unit but other than that was perfect.

Quick stay

Chose this property last minute for a quick trip. We didn’t stay on property much because of our schedule or use the amenities but it was clean, cool and comfortable. It’s always agree to wake up to the view of the gulf!! Description called it a penthouse and it did have a VERY large balcony but would not equate to a “penthouse”. Overall it was a great place for what we needed this trip.

Penthouse paradise

This property has everything.Indoor pool ,outdoor pool,gym,kitchen and very clean.It is so beautiful with pistachio greenish water clear beach to enjoy!There is a place called jellyfish across the road great food drinks and also the purple parrot down the road and sunset grill.It was perfect and we will return.

Best view in Perdido Key!

Check-in was seamless. The property is great, and also secure. Hosts were responsive whenever we had questions. The unit itself had everything we could have possibly needed, and then some. Already planning our next stay! The balcony is just incredible. We had to pull ourselves away from the penthouse just to go to the beach :-) Also, the bed was very comfy which was extremely important because my husband has back problems and this mattress was newer and we slept great. A box fan in the unit helped drown out any outside traffic noise or other noises. Seriously the only thing I would have changed was that I should have added just one extra day in the penthouse!!

Celebrate

We just celebrated our 50th anniversary here for our second visit and love this condo. Small one bedroom and wonderful balcony with lots of privacy. The only improvement I would suggest is cleaning or replacing the sofa. Great find for a couple.

Perdido Key

We loved the location. We liked the amenities (hot tub, excercise room, indoor pool, outdoor pool deck.). The unit itself, while adequate for our needs, could use some upgrades...sofa and love seat are worn and very uncomfortable, both sets of outdoor tables/chairs need to be replaced as they are also worn, headboard needs to be replaced as pieces of the vinyl are peeling off. The kitchen had very nice cooking utensils. The refrigerator runs very loudly. Black throw pillows on bed need to be thrown out. Just wanted to share my thoughts. We did enjoy ourselves overall and thank you for the accommodations.

Great Location/Balcony

The unit is located in a great spot on the key. Easy access to shopping and to other points of interest. The condo itself was nice but could use some updating. Very nice balcony which looks different from the picture shown. The patio furniture is not as nice as it looks, and the balcony is lacking a good cleaning. I would consider renting again if updates are made.
