"Staff were very direct, not so friendly. Rooms were clean , bed not so comfy though. Bathrooms very clean. Biggest issue is sound dampening when trying to sleep. It was so loud on the floor above us, you could hear it 1/2 way down our hallway. Sounded like an army of little kids running up and down hallway all night long."

"The Air Conditioner did not work as it should have. We had it set at 69 degrees, but the room stayed at 86 degrees. Because the front desk staff seemed dismissive, we did not report it. We just dealt with it and left the next morning."
