Flordia only good for elite renters!

Beach was roped off with police officer standing watch,was only alouded to stayi in roped in area maybe 20 yards wide at water edge.Could not go across line that taped off from top to 30 feet from gulf.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay here. We felt very safe. Close to food, beach, and grocery stores. You will need to buy household things (paper towels, hand soap, washing powders, etc.) If staying longer than a few days. They provided a few board games which was really nice for the kids after a day of playing. Overall, we would stay here again and were pleased.

Misleading

Nothing like the posted pictures and is not a direct access to the beach. The only access to a beach is the PUBLIC BEACH access. Which is ACROSS a road. Only positive is the outdated pool is super clean.

Very Inconvenient

The refrigerator broke and we lost all of our groceries so we had to eat out. The property manager said give a receipt and they would refund it. We didn’t keep a receipt because we didn’t know this was going to happen. They came and fixed the fridge but it went out on the 28th again. We asked to have a discount or any help for the lost groceries and having to eat out which put us over our budget and they answered NO. Very unhappy
