Great Location

The unit is exactly as described and pictured. The location is fantastic in the heart of downtown. Communication with the management staff was excellent. They were prompt and very kind. I didn’t love having to download an app for entry (would have preferred just entering a code) but that’s a minor inconvenience. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. This is a great spot and I highly recommend.

Fun Anniversary Getaway

Condo was exactly as described, clean, modern, cozy. The location was perfect. Literally steps from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a drinks. My wife and I snuck away for two nights and this place was awesome. Only complaint is the bed. It’s creaky and uncomfortable. Modern frame that fits the looks of the condo but made for poor sleep.

Stunning Property & Exceptional Service!

This was my second stay at this stunning property, and I already know it won’t be my last! The home itself is absolutely beautiful—so much so that I’ve had professional photos taken here. But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. Their responsiveness is unmatched—they answer questions within seconds, making everything seamless. Both times I’ve stayed, they’ve graciously allowed early check-ins, and today, they accommodated a very last-minute late checkout. Their hospitality and attention to detail make this an easy five-star experience. Can’t wait to return!

Great Location And Property

We were there for gallery night and a show at the Saenger, so the location right on Palafox was perfect. There was a craft show in the park on Saturday which was nice. There are lots of great restaurants and bars you can walk to. The room was beautiful, modern, and very clean, perfect for our 3 day stay. We would definitely stay again! The only friendly advice I might give would be to replace the mattress which seemed new but sank in the middle, probably a brand issue. Super great experience.

Easy access into the building and unit via phone app. There were some challenges initially setting up the app from the link, however staff were very accommodating by phone and text to resolve the problem. The best part of this property is the location on Palafox. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment....all walkable within a very close proximity. It was a great stay and I will definitely be back to The Brent Lofts.

Rarely have I encountered booking a place that I only saw pictures of and actually being impressed by the quality of the entire experience. From the time I booked this space - till the actual check out I was blown away by the amazing level of professionalism, communication, cleanliness, comfort, attention to detail, and service. I have nothing but positive feedback for everyone involved in creating this experience. It's not just done right - it's done excellent!

Sometimes, the pictures of a rental look better than the actual place, but that was not the case here. This rental was EXACTLY how it appeared in the photos and even exceeded my expectations. The exposed brick and stunning decor created a perfect backdrop for my photo shoot. The attention to detail in the design was evident, making every corner of the property picture-perfect. The communication was excellent – the phone number I texted for questions was very responsive. I also requested an early check-in and was graciously accommodated. I loved the place so much I didn't want to leave. It was, without a doubt, the best VRBO rental I have ever stayed in! Highly recommended!

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Pensacola

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You never know what you’re going to get when you book a place you’ve never stayed in before; you just hope for the best. We got the best. This unit in the Brent Lofts was superior in every way. First of all, we could’ve just moved in, because it had every amenity: full kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer, not to mention a separate BR. It was also the cleanest place we’ve stayed. It looked as if we were the first guests to stay there, ever! There wasn’t a spec of dirt or stray hair anywhere. It was immaculate. We didn’t have a car but these lofts are located on the Main Street (Palafox) in Pensacola for the best restaurants and boutiques. We were able to walk out of the lobby and walk everywhere. We did a food tour, happened to chance upon Gallery night (so fun) and the farmers market on Saturday in the park. The Brent Lofts set a rental standard that everyone should follow. Hosts were also friendly and very attentive. I will always try to book these lofts and I recommend them highly.

Stop over for 5 nights

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I drove from Austin on my way to NC. I normally stay on beach but waited too long to book a good place. I got this at last minute. It was lovely like a personal apartment. Very accommodating and higher end furnishings. I didn't like it that I just so happened to be there during 4th of July weekend. It was WAY to crowded for me. Fireworks were so loud since they were shooting just blocks from me at stadium. However, i got lucky and got the interior unit so I didn't hear all the street noise. The only thing I'd improve is having a pen or a marker, or ANYTHING, to write with in the United. I needed a pen and had nothing. You also had 4 pairs of scissors in the kitchen drawer.Everything else was perfect. It was just too far from the beach for me. I go to Navarre Beach, not Pensacola. But for someone who likes downtownlife this is just perfect. The parking was easy so thank you for that.The girls who helped set up reservation were 100% competent and available.Thank you. And thank the 2 guy owners. You can tell they put 100% of love into this. I loved all the extra touches
