Great little place!

We were very happy with our stay. I have done a few Vrbo’s and this one had so much of everything you need. Lots of little extras. It was a property with 4 units. Everyone who stayed there had dogs and all hung out in the nice big yard! Lots of chairs, fire pit and a grill! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would stay here again! If you are looking for a place to go with a group and everyone wants their own space this it the place. Together but your own space!,,

Detached stucco studio was the perfect size for two plus 3 indoor cats. Window AC stayed on top of the heat; extended front deck offered plenty of room to spread out, grill and enjoy the evenings. Pretty tight in the laundry/bath section but it was so darn cute, and efficiently designed, it was not a problem. Loved our stay! Fully stocked kitchen (dishes, spices, linens, utensils). TVs in main area and in bedroom. Bath linens, plus beach amenities! Older building, so there will be the occasional Palmetto bug dropping in to say “Hi!” but this is sub-tropical Florida and to be expected. Highly recommend!
