Quiet Getaway

The condo was stocked with a lot of little extras that were not in other condos we had rented in the past. When we checked in the linens had pet hair on them and towels and washcloths had makeup on them. We notified management and sent pictures. They immediately had fresh towels and linens sent to us. Once that hiccup was fixed the rest of the stay was perfect.

Beautiful Cozy Place

Great location

Great location. Beaches gorgeous. Condo was nice. Only comment. There was food and trash behind the beds and underneath. Food on floor. But overall a great experience and would stay again.

Navarre Beach

Everything went smoothly and there were no surprises. The pool was great to dip in daily and we were just minutes from the beaches, restaurants, or grocery stores. A very comfortable and relaxing visit!

Was disappointed with bunk beds...couch did not make into bed...so not a lot of room.door sticks big time...& windows do not open & shut well..decorated very cute..could offer a couple rolls of tp till you get to store...all in all it was okay.

Place was clean and enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay with only a few hiccups that the property manager helped with. Upon arriving the electronic key pad would not work for us so we had to wait for the manager to arrive. She insisted that it was an issue with the doorknob that would stick and it needed to be wiggled. She gave a physical key in case. The keypad did finally work while she was there and had no other issues with the door until time to pack up and leave and our son went to open the door and the doorknob would turn but it wouldn't pull the mechanism so essential we were stuck inside. My husband had to work at it for several minutes to get it finally open. Wouldn't have been good in an emergency situation. I text the contact for the manager and she was nice and said they would call a locksmith. Probably should have been done the first sign that there were issues with the doorknob was malfunctioning. The other hiccup was we ran out of toilet paper as there were only partial rolls left so keep that in mind when you arrive if you get groceries to get a small pack of tissue. We left 2 rolls for the next guests. Otherwise the condo was tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. We love Sunset Harbor Villas/Palms area because it is quiet and close to Opal Beach and National Seashore drive.

Nice spot with easy beach access

Nice rental, convenient access to the beach. Navarre is much less touristy than other areas. My one comment is the place had lots of things for my 18 month old to get into, so we had to spend some time putting the knick knacks out of her reach.

Great location

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, quiet condo. Location was perfect. Just around the corner from the beach. Right in the middle of Destin and Pensacola, in case you wanted to check those areas out. Navarre beach is perfect. Beautiful and not crowded. People were friendly. Condo was comfortable and clean. Area was quiet and felt safe. Unfortunately the pool was being worked on during our stay, not sure when they anticipated it to be open again. Overall great experience. The extra amenities were appreciated!! Shampoo and condition, coffee and sugar, soap, makeup remover wipes!

Navarre Hideaway

We loved this condo in this sleepy beach town. Beautifully remodeled, with all the amenities one could need. A short drive or walk to the public beach just down the street, or a short drive to the Marine park- both of which were NOT crowded at all- you could choose your spot. We snorkeled for shells, saw sea turtles, and just relaxed. Short 30 minute drive and you are in busy Pensacola. We ate out twice at local restaurants, we cooked in the well appointed kitchen one night, and we barbecued by the pool one night, as the pool is right next to the condo. Definitely will be back. Owner responded immediately to my questions.

Nicely equipped condo that was 2 block- easy walk to beach access. Nice pool and grilling area very close by. 3 watch outs: - no real view of sound or gulf from condo - top bulk is rated for <150 lbs. this wasn't known until after I booked. - not as clean as I would have expected Overall good place but a little small for 4 adults.

We truly enjoyed this property and the location.

This property was tastefully decorated and spacious enough for our group of 4. The property is just a short walk or drive to the beach access point. The unit is also located right next to the pool, but we could not hear the noise from the pool. The most impressive aspect of this vacation, in my opinion, was the fact that I didn't have to worry about signing a contract and mailing it back. We also didn't have to check in at the main office upon arrival to get a key or sign paperwork or anything. We simply pulled up to the property, pushed in the code on the door, and unloaded all of our stuff. It was seamless! Overall, we truly enjoyed our vacation as this location is very low-key and quiet.

Bridal Weekend

I came here with a few of my friends for a fun and relaxing bachelorette weekend. It was absolutely perfect!!! The quiet Navarre beaches and local restaurants were exactly what we were looking for. The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed. We also loved being right by the pool! It was never crowded and everyone there was super friendly!! Most of the time we just relaxed by the pool or we played games in the condo. Phase 10 is a favorite of ours!! I was even able to walk every morning on the beautiful walk way right by the beach!!! It was neat seeing other tourists and seeing all of the beautiful homes and wild life. You never know when you may see a tiny little crab in the sand. :) We did take a Lyft to Pensacola Beach one night and it was only $26!! That’s a steal! We ate at Flounders and heard a great band at Sandshakers. I without a doubt will be bringing my family back to this same location. The condo was 5 stars and Navarre was too!! Can’t wait to stay here again.

The condo is decorated very nicely. Loved the updates that gave the space a very comfortable vibe. All the basics were provided. The only complaint I have is the beds were super hard my back is still stiff. If not for that 5 stars all the way. Location was awesome. Short walk to the ocean or the bay. Great family oriented location. Beaches were not super packed and they were very clean. Building manager was really nice as well.
