FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! Beautiful beach front view centered 6 stories over the pool area. This one bedroom unit features one and a half baths and a "bunk alcove". Affordable luxury--right on the beach! Comfortable sleeping arrangements, plenty of seating, beach front dining area, full kitchen, two baths, washer and dryer but most importantly - YOUR PRIVATE BEACH FRONT BALCONY! The moment you step in the condo, an incredible view of the sugar white beach will greet you. The Gulf Dunes property is definitely one of the Okaloosa Island's favorite destinations. Featuring 2 beach front pools, tennis courts, exercise room, BBQ grills, and elevators PLUS a huge beach front so you never feel crowded at the beach. Close to shopping, dining and fun activities for the whole family. An awesome romantic vacation or a memorable family vacation on the beach, there's lots of activities for everyone to enjoy!! And for your convenience, we have BEACH SERVICE! This saves you up to $30 each day from having to rent chairs and an umbrella daily. Beach Service includes a free umbrella & 2 lounge chairs set-up right on the beach waiting you to enjoy every morning.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Gulf Dunes Condominiums is close to Fort Walton’s shopping and dining and a mere ten minutes from Destin. Stroll along the beach to the Okaloosa fishing pier or Boardwalk. Great location. Love that the beach is not overcrowded and that our chairs and umbrella are included in the rental. Unit was the perfect size. Weather was PERFECT. Dan and Elle (who put out chairs and umbrellas) were awesome and so friendly. Very hard workers!

We would come back for sure

For a family who likes to spend a lot of time at the beach, the location of this room was perfect. We liked to go back to the room for lunch and it was so easy to get to. The condo was clean and having the washer dryer combo was great.

Great location, easy access and wonderful view from balcony. Mattress is very firm. If that’s a concern you may want to bring a pillow topper to use during your stay.

Dated and not accurate as pictures show on listing. Overall cleanliness was decent. King bed was not comfortable and ended up sleeping in the hall bunk. If you’re looking for a decently priced ocean front condo on the AMAZING beaches of Fort Walton, this is a good place. For the price, I would return as our focus was to be on the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance, free beach service.

The unit had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. Everything worked well. The washing machine and ice maker were loud (so don't use when sleeping). I plan to stay here again.
