The perfect place!

My mom and I stayed for a couple of days and will most definitely be back. This is the CUTEST condo. I LOVE the high ceilings! The beds were comfortable, the beach was easily accessible, the elevators were so fast, and the view is perfect. This place had everything we needed, and we cannot wait to come back.

Will be coming back!

Everything about this condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. The condo was very clean and had everything we would need for our short stay. Pool was nice and relaxing. Short, clean walk to the beautiful beach. We will be booking again for our next trip.

Little slice of heaven

Overall the stay was great! It was so peaceful. We live local and just wanted to “get away” for Christmas and it was perfect! I’d say the bed and couch need replacing soon as it’s a little lumpy but other than that, we loved it! Left it clean for the cleaners to just take the linens and go! Will definitely stay again!

The patio and pool could have been bigger but that’s not an issue that is easily resolved. All other amenities were great and we had a nice stay.

Quick weekend trip

The location of the building is fantastic if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing beach. This particular unit is right above the pool, so you can hear people talking clearly during the daytime. No issue for us as we didn't spend much time indoors. I would definitely recommend for a short stay.

Great location/access to beach/pool

Outdated to some extent, didn’t feel like the couch or throw pillows were clean. The kitchen sink had an awful smell to it from 1st use. Otherwise, great location, pool/beach access great. Great price too, overall very good deal that served my small family’s need for the night. Thank you.

Amazing

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfectly placed right on the beach and above the pool. The beach wasn't very crowded and I loved watching all the kids hunt for crabs at night. We plan on bringing the rest of our kids next year to stay :) The only con would be that kids (and a few nights some adults) stay in the pool pretty late and were fairly loud. As were the people above us and it made it hard to sleep some nights. However that has nothing to do with this condo in particular.

Fall Visit

Location was awesome! Easy access to the beach from the first floor. If you have a wagon to pull, the mat over the dunes makes it easy to pull the wagon to the sand. High ceilings made the unit bright and airy. Plenty of towels in the unit. I used the washer/dryer combo a couple of times. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. I do not cook on vacation- but the kitchen was stocked with all you would need. Full size refrigerator is nice. Having the extra half bath comes in handy. There isn’t a screen on the sliding door, but it is a good heavy door that easily slides open. A taller table and chairs on the balcony would have been nice. The pool area had plenty of chairs and there is a restroom on that level. We enjoyed our visit!

Don’t book through Vrbo

I was charged service fees from Vrbo and Vasaca (booking reality’s) ....just go to Vasaca and book this room. I sent messages through Vrbo on how I was price gouge and never got a response. The condo and location are great, but Vrbo and Vasaca charging service fees is price gouging. As I said just go to Vacasa and book this room.

Good house, TERRIBLE parking

The condo was a perfect get away place. Very clean and cozy. The parking and communication were terrible. The bottom garage parking had a 6”8 clearance and the top parking had a tight, narrow turn. We were in a slightly modified F-250 and couldn’t park at the property. When it was brought to their attention, they told us to park in the “over flow” parking across the street which was also a tow away zone. You could also see that other vehicles have scraped their cars on the walls. I do not recommend bringing a larger vehicle!

REALLY???

First opening statement about this condo should read"Incredible gulf front condo with BALCONY DIRECTLY OVER THE POOL". I'm giving 3 stars because the condo was great but the balcony was so close to the pool I could've jumped in. This is great if you want to watch your kids from the balcony but I don't want to be around loud screaming kids on my vacation.If Vacasa would have put this huge particular in the description I would have stayed elsewhere. Also no night security guard there so the patrons just run amuck.Kids running around screaming at the pool at midnight.
