Quick trip to avoid the snow up North. Last minute choice was at a good price and convenient. The unit was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay.

The house is clean. Only minor missing is extra trash bags. Most places I stayed at provide us coffee, sugar and creamer. However, this place is very convenient. Walking distance to the beach and near restaurants/bar.

We couldn't have stayed at a more stunning location. The home was clean, neat and well-stocked with things we needed. We had an excellent time meeting our neighbors and people local to the area. We were close to the popular restaurants and attractions. So thankful for this vacation!

Front door lock is very challenging to lock and unlock. Very frustrating. Not convinced we were ever locked in. We called to report and they said the owner is aware and we aren’t the first to report this. As noted on another review, the master bedroom has an unpleasant odor. We kept the window open the entire time. Master shower has mold on it.

We stayed three nights, but wished we had more time! The view from the back deck is a natural setting rarely found anywhere else in the area, and perfect for viewing sunsets. The house was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and ensuites for both bedrooms. The beach is a short walk, the pool is lovely, and tennis and pickle ball courts are next door. Only two negatives: One of the mattresses could have been more comfortable, and the door locks were a bit challenging, thus preventing a 5 star rating.

The rental is in a really nice quiet spot with easy access to the beach. Over all the condo is not bad, however upon checking in we noticed that the master bedroom had an awful smell. We called maintenance and they came out the same day and attempted to spray the carpet with a deodorizer however it only helped for a few hours. Outside that and a few condition issues, not horrible.

The home is fantastic! The house is well-stocked, with everything you will need while staying. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a homemade meal, from pots, pans, utensils, and knives. The kitchen also has a Keurig coffee pot that makes the perfect cup of coffee to sip on while enjoying the bay view from the back patio. The open floor plan between the kitchen and living room was excellent. Both bedrooms were very spacious. Having views from all sides of the home was very nice. The walk to the beach was short and easy with kids. Also, the drive into Orange Beach/Gulf Shores was a short simple drive

Clean place, great location, nice pool, but lacks amenities and care. Beds uncomfortable, broken closet door, blinds broken, old soap dispensers taking up room not filled, not enough cleaning supplies left for stay (trash bags, dishwasher detergent), trash overflowing, old rusted porch furniture. No access to garage. We’ve stayed in the other units and much better experience.

The entire stay overall was nice. When we arrived the front door was already unlocked. There was only one tv that worked and the other one in one of the rooms never showed a picture. When I contacted the office to let them know, they had a maintenance person to reach out to me about the issue and they never showed up. I could tell during the conversation they they didn't want to be bothered with the problem either. I spoke to me neighbor and she was havingvthe same issues. Other than that the stay was pleasant.
