All the basics.

Excellency start to a vacation. The house was in a nice suburban neighborhood where I was able to walk to a public access area to get to the beach. That was a 10 minute walk that feels a lot quicker. Shewbys shantyshack was the best restaurant I had while in Florida and it’s pretty much walking distance as well. Liquor store up the st w surf shops near by. Great beach attractions within a 5 minute drive. Only drawback was that I don’t think this is a party neighborhood or house. I didn’t have any issues due to the fact that I was on a family trip.

Great area, excellent home, and all amenities one could ever need

This area turned out to be a great choice and so was this Vacasa. There are several great bars/restaurants on Okaloosa Island within walking distance that we really enjoyed (Stubys, The Gulf, FUBAR pizza, and AJs) plus a liquor store, shopping, the Okaloosa Island Pier, marina with bait/boat rentals, and a Publix grocery store. The place was fully stocked so we also ended up grilling and eating in a couple nights too. The white sand beach is literally steps across the street but there was also easy beach parking, so we drove with our cooler and chairs when we went for the afternoon. The pool is right on the Intercoastal and it was cool watching all the boats cruising by. There was even a little white sand beach on the ICW side which was a great spot for our 5 year old to play when we weren't on the ocean beach side. The house was really nice too, and super clean. We had plenty of room to spread out and there was lots of storage to tuck away all our stuff. There is a second full sized refrigerator that we used for beverages in the garage plus a nice gas grill that we rolled out into the driveway. Our family would definitely come back here.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay! The house did not have a grill and the TV in the master bedroom volume did not work. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Disappointing Stay Due to Bed Bugs – Had to Leave EarlyWe rented this place hoping for a relaxing Florida vacation, but unfortunately, it was anything but. Shortly after checking in, we discovered bed bugs in the unit. This was a major health and hygiene issue, and we had no choice but to leave immediately.We ended up wasting two full days of our trip dealing with the aftermath—finding a new place to stay, washing and sanitizing all of our clothes and belongings, and trying to recover some peace of mind. It was incredibly stressful and not how anyone wants to spend their vacation.I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. The presence of bed bugs is a serious issue, and it’s clear that better maintenance and inspections should have been in place. Make sure to double-check recent reviews or reach out directly before booking here.

Clean and classy

This is an ideal rental for families or a friends getaway. The house is super clean and modern with all of the amenities. The location is also perfect next to some great restaurants, across the street from the beach with wonderful access points, and a beautiful cool side view of the water. I love it here!

Beautiful & Immaculate

Describes this well-furnished condo just a block from the most beautiful beach! Did cook on the brand new gas grill & took advantage of the well-stocked kitchen. Also, enjoyed the fantastic local restaurants. Love this place & hope to visit again!

Relaxing great stay

The inside of the condo was very nice. There were 7 adults 40+ and we all had plenty of room and were very comfortable space wise. The location to the beach was just a short walk. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to make meals and store. We had a great time and would recommend this location.

We loved the location, very clean, beds are very comfortable! Extra bonus was beach supplies we were able to use. Small recommendation for extra trash bags (we only had 2 bags for 8 people), toilet paper and paper towels. GREAT place, would definitely recommend!!

Our Deep Sea Fishing Trip Lodging

Fantastic Condo Extremely Clean All amenities we needed, were there and available, was very pleased. Great floor plan with Living Room, Kitchen upstairs, along with Master B.R. (reason is the better view) Plenty of space for everyone.

Great House/Host

Great experience! This is a beautiful house. Only a block away from the beach. We were very impressed with how the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything in this house that we might possibly need. From pots and pans, to dishwasher soap, to full size washer and dryer, extra bath towels and beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, a grill, huge TVs in each room equipped with much modernized technology. The house was very clean, beautiful and in a great location. Check in was very easy and simple, great neighborhood, this house can fit two cars. There is a Publix about a mile away. Everyone staying with us had great comments about this house throughout our stay. We would certainly come back with family and would highly recommend this place!!
