Great property. Property management was quick to respond and easy to deal with. Very nice home. Very comfortable. Fully furnished kitchen with many appliances. Highly recommend staying here.

Great relaxing time

We enjoyed our stay at Sippon Sunshine! The house was very nice and enough room for everyone. There was an issue with the washing machine but Dan was very responsive. Overall it was a good stay we has a very nice time.

Family Vacation

The property accommodated our family of 9 very comfortably. The living room/kitchen area was very roomy for our family to gather for card games, to eat, or just to lounge around to watch tv. Love the area. Been coming to Perdido Key/Orange Beach for years. This was our 2nd stay at a property in Lost Key Resort. Plan to return again sometime in the future.

Awesome!

It was an amazing unit in a great area! Included everything we needed and then some! We had 2 families with kids staying together, and having 4 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms was ideal. Would definitely return.

Relaxing spacious Florida getaway

Patty was prompt with her communications and clear with the check in and out instructions. The unit was super clean and well decorated in a coastal theme. It is super spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out or gather together, depending on the family mood. We appreciated the shuttle to the beach and club. We enjoyed the pools, gym, and pickleball courts. I loved walking my dog around the community. The boys enjoyed a round of golf, especially with one of them getting to play for free. Our favorite feature was definitely that back porch as the sun would set and the frogs came out.

Just what we needed!

We loved the lost key community so much. The house was exactly as described. Large, clean and functional. Water pressure is tricky when more than 2 people are showering or if the washer is running. Owners came immediately to resolve an issue we had upon checking in and we were very impressed with the communication. Definitely use the pools and the shuttle to the beach. We plan to return next year and hope to rent with Dan and Patty again. Thank you so much!!!

Lovely property, great family vacation property

The property was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and very clean. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that the property managers and their maintenance subcontractors followed up on very quickly. Suggestion: The community is great for families, though I would make a recommendation if you decide to use the shuttle to the beach club, to drop your family off at the club in your car first, have them go inside and request that the staff call the shuttle driver and give them your address. And that way, you can drive back to the property and wait just a couple of minutes for a shuttle to come and get you (there is no parking at the beach club… So you either need to walk or use the shuttle). Then you can ask for their cell number (which they’re happy to give you), and then you can get pick ups from then on. Great spot… Hope you book it and enjoy!

Lost Keys Round 2

This is our second time to visit Lost Keys. We had an enjoyable stay and the location can't be beat. The private access to the beach is fantastic. It was not overly crowded which is a huge plus when keeping track of several kids in the ocean. The house worked great for our large group and slept everyone comfortably. I am sure the cleaners turn around time is short, but the house was not as clean as it could have been. No mattress pads on the beds was a bit of an issue for us. Management did take care of that issue. Closets and cupboards had a ton of random items and a good amount of trash left behind in kitchen and bathroom drawers. The clubhouse and pool seemed a bit rundown compared to our last visit in 2020. The pool bathrooms were not cleaned a single time while we were there. This is obviously not fault of our rental, but something to note. Overall, we had made a ton of wonderful memories!

Great stay!

Perfect stay for my family of four and extended family! Kids enjoyed the bunk room! The shuttle makes getting to and from the beach so easy and convenient. Had a minor glitch in the internet and the owners were so helpful in guiding us to have it back up and running in no time!

The property was well organized and clean, very convenient. Great amenities. Well-provisioned kitchen. The bikes didn't work, but that's ok because we didn't even know there would be bikes available. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. The ocean at Perdido Key is amazing!

We can’t stay enough about our stay at Sippin on Sunshine and how helpful Patti was with everything. She was very helpful in refunding the pet fee when our dog unexpectedly passed prior to our trip and when we were unable to find a blow dryer she sent someone out to deliver one quickly. We have zero complaints and had a wonderful trip with our family!

Water pressure would be main complaint. No TVs in 2 bedrooms. Other than that really nice property and would definitely stay agian

Disappointed

First the good, the unit we stayed in was great very comfortable and roomy. Now the bad, the main reason we stayed here was for the resort style pool, it was closed the second day of our 6 day stay and did not reopen. One employee said this was not the first time. We reached out to our contact with itrip and was told this is a HOA problem, I didn’t rent from the HOA. We were told to use the pool at the beach club, it is rated for 20 people and had 35 kids in it. Not relaxing for adults. The beach club is also a mile away from the unit we rented and there is no parking at the beach club. We paid a lot for a 5 star vacation and received a 3 star instead. Would not recommend this place…

Nice set up. Lost Key shuttle is great. Will take guests back and forth to beach with ease. Blue Angel fly over was an added bonus. This rental has Pet friendly accommodations.

So accommodating

Dan and Patty were so accommodating our entire trip. I was not familiar with this area and we flew in without a vehicle so we were at the will of Uber and the airline. Dan and Patty were able to get us into the unit upon arrival and were available our whole trip when we had trouble maneuvering the shuttle service. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay, we had a great time. Thank you both!
