Perfect for family of 9

Wonderful home, and great communication. Our family had a blast. Really enjoyed the screened in porch looking towards the ocean. Kids loved the bunk beds and made a pretty awesome fort.

Beautiful gathering place!

Clean & bright, plenty of room! Two necessary improvements needed: (1) bedroom ceiling fans w/ light are controlled by same switch so you’re out of luck if you want a fan at night w/o light; also, (2) grill is not traditional gas or charcoal; it’s a Louisiana wood pellet grill…just need to know ahead of time so you’re aware of how to use it & have the pellet supplies on hand. Caution: silicone bracelets for community pool access are adult-sized…consider having them w/you to enter the pool area & stashing them in a bag for swimming so they don’t fall off the kids & get lost.
