Beautiful Condo right next to the pool. The walkway to the beach is so close. The kitchen had everything we needed. The closet is stocked with all the sandcastle toys my kids could've asked for which was a great surprise. I have zero complaints and cannot wait to come back.

Great location!!

We stayed in this unit with our family on fall break. It was the perfect location, first floor, right in front of pool, and a short walk to the beach. Complex is gated, so we felt comfortable letting the kids have a little bit of freedom. We also traveled down with 4 other families, who all rented in the same complex. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short drive distance. Beautiful beach! Enjoyed the dolphins and manta rays daily! Close to airport. We will be back!

Always a great time on the island!

We have been coming to Waters Edge condos for 15 years, but this is our first time staying at unit 109. For those coming here for the first time, I would have to say our host was great at preparing us for our trip with all the things we would need to know before we got there and when we got there. We were provided with all the details of things to do in the area, great restaurants to eat at, information about the pool, gym, and beach services. The condo was very clean and accommodated all of our needs. I was impressed with the host contacting us on our first day there letting us know I was able to text if I needed anything. My husband and I discovered that a few repairs needed to happen, but both were very minor and didn’t need to be fixed during our stay, however, they came to fix things the same day. We definitely would stay at 1:09 again!

We absolutely loved this property! We had everything we needed and the location was amazing! We had short <5 minute drives to dinner each night and we could walk from the car, through the condo, and down to the beach in less than a minute!! We definitely will be staying here again!
