「The hotel food was excellent and the staff were friendly and polite. The swimming pool was clean and the water in the pool was warm. The hotel does need a little more cleaning and detention to detail. And some parts are looking a little tired and in need of replacing ie carpet joints.」

「所有員工都非常友善好客（特別是在前台的Tina，和在餐廳的Jane)，房間乾淨整潔，食物亦有水準……非常好的體驗。值得推介！」

「Staff are always welcoming and exceptional clean rooms - Excellent hotel stay」

「The property was clean and well kept, our lodging was well maintained, comfortable and pleasant to see. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will return as soon as possible. Overall Very pleased with the experience」

「Check in was easy and the staff were very considerate and helpful to inform you of the hotel and where your room was. The rooms are modern and clean which is great. Some small complaints though. 「Great stay, friendly staff & delicious breakfast」

「We stayed for a wedding just outside of the village and it was just perfect. The lady on reception last Saturday (17thOct) in the afternoon /evening was great, so informative and took our photo no problem. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. The radio in the room was also a nice touch instead of a tv. Thank you.」

「Very good and convenient location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are bright, comfortable and clean. Delicious breakfast. Well-equipped rooms. A good place to stay in Tavistock! 」

「Room was clean, basic, but had all that I needed. Bed was very comfortable but room was initially a little cool. Radiator was adjustable and it soon warmed up. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant menu was varied, food well prepared and nicely presented. Typically pub food. Breakfast freshly cooked to order with good choice of cereals available. Bar well supplied and good, friendly service.」

「Well maintained hotel with very friendly people and excellent breakfast. Definitely will come back again and highly recommended.」
