Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Penticton

10/10 Excellent

"Awesome hotel - very convenient, extremely clean and well managed, great free breakfast options - close to beach, Narmada wineries, excellent parking with charging stations - I HIGHLY recommend- woo hoo - will be back next next summer for more wine tastings"

Balcomo, a Ramada by Wyndham

10/10 Excellent

"Everything about our experience here was beyond 5 stars. My family enjoys this hotel every labor day weekend and I'm secretly scared too many people will find out about this hidden gem. This property is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and has everything you need to relax and for the kids to have fun. Can't wait to be back."

Tiki Shores Inn & Suites

8/10 Good

"Very clean rooms. Felt very safe. Helpful staff. Condition of rooms was worn down. But it was very affordable."

Sunny Beach Motel

8/10 Good

"Grande chambre, quartier très calme et agréable, près d'un parc au bord de l'eau. Lieu familial, j'étais seule et j'ai très bien dormi."

Comfort Inn & Suites

10/10 Excellent

"This was tremendous value for the money. A complete renovation has just been completed, and it is very nice! Big modern rooms, spotlessly clean, good location near downtown and the beach. Although the breakfast was very basic it was enough to get me going for the morning. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it."

Spanish Villa Resort

8/10 Good

"Very nice staff even late at night."

Lakeside Villa & Nordic Spa

8/10 Good

"The staff were very nice and helpful with recommendations for activities and food in the area. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. The outdoor Nordic spa was a new experience for us which we really enjoyed. It is on a busy highway but it did get quieter at night and was not an issue for sleeping."

Kettle Valley Beach Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Very comfortable and great location."

Best Western Inn At Penticton

8/10 Good

"We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. The hotel is dated, but very clean. It is situated like a 2 story motel with outside doors only, no interior hallways nor an elevator. The breakfast was very good with many options and attentive staff. Area also very clean. We did not use any outdoor amenities nor indoor pool. A few items that prevented me from giving the hotel a 5 rating. 1. Bath tub or showers need a safety bar and permanent strips in tub/ shower floor for safety. We did get a suction vinyl mat, but others may not know to ask. 2. If breakfast hot items are removed by 9:30… state accurately vs 10 am on sign and verbally by staff. 3. We were to have our room cleaned every third day. Friday arrived… but by late Monday, room was not refreshed. I went to desk and was told cleaning staff there and it would be done. 9 pm.. returned … not done. Tuesday morning we stopped at desk and were told it was someone else’s fault. It was addressed, but blaming someone else is not good customer care. You’re a team…act like a team. The comment was not necessary. I would stay again."
