「Family room (connecting rooms) booked. One w king sized bed n one w sofa bed. Spacious. Clean. Enough storage. Best with free parking. Plenty of parking spaces. Service was good. Staff responded quickly to our requests. Room price is reasonable. Will stay again 」

「非常好的酒店，就在火車旁邊，酒店房間大又清潔，職員友善也會關心客人，因為要我凌晨火車回倫敦，我check out後在酒店大堂坐了幾個鐘頭都沒有問題，亦會幫忙儲起行李。 這個價錢但結果是非常非常之好，史雲斯斯旺西推介」

I believe they ,especially Alphi, went above and beyond what would normally be expected for good and courteous service. IHG are extremely lucky to havethis young man on their team. 「Newly refurbished rooms were really nice, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is also a bar/pub/restaurant. We ate at the restaurant and the food was decent. There was entertainment in the evening which was loud and we were concerned that it might disturb our sleep, but once back in the room, we couldn’t hear it. There is unrestricted public parking opposite the hotel.」
