The "Whitehouse" was a beautiful home that fit the needs of our friend group perfectly. Cute, clean, comfortable, and cozy! The walking distance from Villa Belleza was an added plus!

Great stay, very clean, comfortable, and cozy. Everything we needed to stay in and grill out, along with great restaurant dining recommendations for a night out. 2nd time staying at this property, just as great as the first! Close to Lake Pepin, beach, and marina. Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice and clean little house. We enjoyed our stay while we were in town for a wedding. Our group of 8 enjoyed very comfy beds and a good amount of space. Communication with the property owner before and after the stay was great. We would recommend staying there. Great breakfast place next door as well.

This home was perfect for a girls weekend. It was clean, updated, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The four bedrooms were perfect and beds were super comfy. This was our first time in Pepin and the home was so close to everything we visited (restaurants, shops, and winery). Would 10/10 stay here again.

From the very first email I received from the owners, I felt more welcome than any other VRBO place I had stayed in. The house was clean and ready for us early. We had some issues with the internet and they kept us informed when it came back on. Overall one of the best VRBO experiences I have ever had! Thank you Jim and Jody!!!

Loved our girl's getaway stay at this beautiful updated house. One bedroom is upstairs and the other three are in the basement. All spacious with comfortable beds. Nice deck with furniture to enjoy when warmer. Owner is very accommodating with requests. Felt like the price was very reasonable for what is offered.Location was wonderful down the street from the lake and right off the main street. Many walkable stores for basics and restaurants. Being in the Midwest we are used to kind people but everyone we encounter at business went out of their way to make us feel welcome.All of above leaves our group wanting to come back and stay at this wonderful place in this wonderful community.

We enjoyed this property as a winter location for a group of folks who like to stay in and get cozy! The check in process was easy and the host was very communicative. He made a great effort to keep the driveway free of snow. On check in, there was an informative binder available along with a few snacks if you were hungry from traveling. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glassware, cookware, and cutlery. The beds all had nice headboards and bedding. The living area had very comfortable seating and there were throw blankets available to wrap up with. We didn't use it but there was a large TV with a Roku remote available. We had an excellent time at this property. I would definitely book again in the summer, I'd love to make use of the large deck.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Our group consisted of 4 adults and we looked specifically for a place that gave us each our own room. This gave us each our own bed, but we disagree with the listing saying “4 bedrooms”. One of the lower level “bedrooms” is at the bottom of the stairs where the hallway opens up to a room. We felt that for a room to be called a bedroom there should at least be a door that can close the room to provide privacy. In addition, another of the bedrooms was through this so called “bedroom”. So one person couldn’t get to their room without going through someone else’s. This probably wouldn’t have been a deal breaker for us, but we think it should be clearer on the listing. We also would have appreciated more seating in the living room. We made it work for our group, but for a house that “sleeps 8”, it would benefit from another comfortable chair or two. But, the house was very clean and had what we needed.

Perfect for our family to get together in Pepin for a couple nights, as my home in Pepin is not big enough for everyone. Accommodations were top notch. The beds were SO comfy. The house was clean & in excellent condition.
