「I had a self-catered 3-night solo silent retreat at Bethlehem and am so glad I did. If you want to unplug and reconnect within and with whatever you understand as creation, this is a great place to do it. The facilities are simple but more than adequate, the property is beautiful with a labyrinth, library, pond feature and more, and Westwood Lake could not be more beautiful.」

「My Honest review is The place outside is like a classic, simple motel.
But when you enter inside the room its like a five star hotel, its Clean, with best amenities, soft bed and modern things/ furnitures, specially the shower its awesome!
Its my first time in this Motel but because of my experience here will definitely recommend this to my friends, plus the cost of per stay is very reasonable and affordable.
Good job on your customer service “Departure bay Motel”! 😎👍」

Excellent location right next to the harbour, just about 15 minute drive to popular spots like Neck Point Park and Pipers Lagoon Park. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were helpful even though I arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time. Parking was in reserved spots within a public parkade, but the hotel had its own dedicated elevator, and there were plenty of parking spaces set aside for hotel guests.
