“Had a really great experience at this condo from start to finish! Autumn was very responsive by phone or texting when we had questions. The unit was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The deck had unbelievable views and we started our mornings here with coffee and finished the evening here with drinks. Even saw dolphins a couple of times! Jellyfish across the street was a great spot for happy hour and appetizers, the Salty Pearl was one of our favorites with fresh seafood. Publix and Dollar……

“Very clean and maintained property. We were they begore peak season but entire building was kept spotless. You would expect sand to be everywhere but maintenance and cleaning crew seemed to be on the ball. Condo itself was furnished well and appliances were newer models. (BTW, that it is not a drip coffee maker)Luggage carts and trash chutes are a very nice touch. Some suggestions (not complaints) Better instructions for door lock, tv controls were not set up in any room. Either TV volume……

“We stayed at this beautiful 3 bedroom condo for my daughter’s 10th birthday. The location of this property is what makes it so special. It’s directly next to Flori-bama with live bands, restaurants, and ice cream you can walk to in 2 minutes. The property is a corner lot and the first one off the parking garage which made for easy travels to your car when unpacking or traveling. “This is the perfect location if you want a quiet beach vacation away from the crowds, but still be close enough to activities and restaurants. The unit is clean, nicely furnished, and a very short walk to the beach. Perfect for a couple or family with 1 or 2 younger children. May be a bit crowded for a family with teens. Highly recommend!”
