“Stayed for a week, great spot, new, stylish hotel with fast, reliable wifi. No brekkie but you’re welcome to use their kitchen or I’d recommend sauntering up the hill to try chef/owner’s place, Somerset. Easy to explore on foot from here - quick walk to the beach. Our last stop of a month on Bali and we’re sorry to leave these beautiful, kind people.”

“Great place to stay in Ubud. It was clean, spacious and fantastic location. The electricity and hot water did have some issues, however it wasn’t a problem as it was fixed in a timely manner. ”

The free shuttle was handy to get into Ubud city and drivers were always very prompt. The pool is lovely and the gardens are so peaceful. We stayed with our 5 month old baby and felt very safe/happy. ”

“Perfect place to get out of loud cities in Bali and explore a totally different climate and view. I was astonished by the mountains right behind the rooms. Staff were accommodating and helpful. A bit secluded if you got no transport, but I enjoyed the quiet and serenity.”

“The property was very tranquil, with a lovely pool, water fountain, lush green gardens and fish pond. beautiful view from balcony. Friendly staff and some cute little dogs :) Only complaint was that there was some water damage and mold under the sink in our room. ”

“De kamer was prima. De bedden enorm groot en sliepen heel goed. Alleen de badkamer stonk naar plas. We hebben eerst maar een fles chloor gehaald om deze over de vloer te gooien. Daarna was het weg. Er is ook een keuken naast het zwembad, maar die hebben we niet gebruikt. Verder zag het er prima uit, ook het zwembad en de rest van de accommodatie. De lokatie is midden in de drukte, van diverse horeca en winkeltjes, maar doordat het tussen andere huizen ligt en via kruip-door-sluip-door steegjes……

“我們7/26-7/29入住，房型是111、三大房 剛進房覺得還好 結果看到廚房用具整個傻眼 廚具比我家裡要淘汰的廚具還要舊 房間的吹風機第一晚再幫孩子吹時就覺得好像要解體 不料同行友人再幫孩子吹頭髮時 竟解體爆裂 整個燒焦 還黏在手上 幸好孩子即時把媽媽手上的吹風機打落 但也因此被電到 220伏特的電導致大人的手整個麻掉還燒焦 當下我們去櫃檯詢問 櫃檯不但沒有關心情況 只一直問 是不是我們的手是濕的在吹頭髮 。吹頭髮 手上當然有濕氣 但不是很濕的情況 正常下不應該會這樣 而且處理事情的方法也令人失望 。我們住3晚3房5萬多的房型 。這次真的有嚇到 下次絕對不會再考慮他們旗下的任何一間飯店”
