「The pictures are very deceptive as they do not reflect reality. I booked a room with a sea view and paid extra. There is no view at all except for a ruin and a building in front of it. I booked for 5 nights and left after 3 nights. The air conditioning does not work and there is no one in the hotel to service it. The doors do not close except with difficulty. The water in the bathroom is not stable and the furniture is all lumpy and broken including the bed and chairs. I complained during my...

「I enjoyed my stay here for 3 nights. The villa is a few minutes walk away from the bus station and it's surrounded by lots of restaurants and supermarkets, making it convenient for tourists. Alexander at the reception was so amazing and made my stay comfortable throughout. Cleanliness at the property was on point and I also noticed that they provided fresh towels every day during my stay. I'd definitely book again whenever I'm in Santorini 💯」
