Spacious, detached, 3 bedroom holiday home (bungalow) New to our portfolio for 2024, Trenare is a spacious, detached, 3 bedroom holiday home (bungalow) in Perranporth with fantastic views across the village, sand dunes and gold course. Pets are welcome (2 small dogs maximum)
Accommodation information Trenare is a spacious bungalow with all rooms on one level. The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with everything you will need for a self catering family holiday in Perranporth. There is an oven & hob, large fridge freezer, a washing machine and microwave. There is a TV with freeview too. There is a dining table and chair to comfortably seat 6 guests. Leading off the dining room is a sun room with additional seating and patio doors leading outside. The living room is comfortably furished with 2 sofas and a chair. There is a large flat screen TV with a freeview recorder.
The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. There is also a separate WC in the entrance hallway. There are 3 bedrooms. One with 2 singles beds and the other 2 have double beds, one also has a TV with freeview.
All bedding and personal towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Outside To the front of the property is a small lawned area and parking for 2 to 3 cars. To the rear, accessed via the sun room, is a good sized enclosed garden with a large patio area with furniture where you can sit out and enjoy the sunshine with views across the village, the sand dunes and gold course.
Trenare, Parkside and Penaflor are all close to one another and might be suitable to book together for larger family groups.
Perranporth village centre and beach is about 8-10 minutes walk away where you will find a large choice or pubs, bars, restaurants, take aways, shops and surf hire.
Location Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car. Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
