「From the ladies in the office to the guys down at the marina everyone was friendly and helpful... we loved our stay!! Loved the pet friendly environment!!」

「The Cuckoo's Nest was perfect for our anniversary getaway! The cabin was just as described. We loved the hot tub and the privacy it had with the closed in back porch. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. I definitely would recommend this property for a couple's getaway. The hosts were very responsive and answered quickly when we had questions.」

「Everything was perfect! The cabin has anything and everything you would need or want all packaged perfectly ~ even fishing poles! The retreat has all the amenities to complete the experience!」

「It was a very nice stay.」

「Everything was amazing! The views were incredible and the house was so nice and well kept. 10/10」

「This is the 4th time we have rented this house. Multiple siblings, spouses, and grandchildren have stayed here! Love the seclusion from the road! Love we can hear the PJM orchestra singing and trilling at night!」

「The cabin was a good fit for my family. Great location just a short drive to everything.」

「This cabin is a little slice of heaven. Very private. Great for couples! The hosts are awesome, respond quickly to questions.」

「Very private cabin and porch/hot tub area. I’m 5’11” and my husband is 6’1” and we had no problem getting in the high bed. There are steps available if you need them. If you have mobility problems you might want a different cabin from the same host.It was perfect for us. Communication with the host was great. They even called to check in with us before someone performed yard maintenance. Overall, it was a great experience. We enjoyed the neat quirks. “All aboard”」

「We had an amazing stay! The place was amazing and super clean. Loved the entire place. So much to offer-the hot tub, the hammock, the fire pit was amazing (couldn’t use it due to burn ban) the walking trail, video games! Just absolutely loved it all! They paid attention to little details (had a welcome sign with my name on it and snacks for 2 available waiting on us). Host was very quick to respond. Check in/out very easy. Plenty to do in the area. It truly deserves a 10/10!」

「Great place, loved the cozy feel while. Great private feel while still being close to places to go.」

「The absolutely best getaway we have had! The house is adorably perfect. Being directly on the water , fishing, kayaking , meeting the locals, who were the kindest was priceless. The host were Amazing and if we had any questions about the area they were wonderful about communication. 100/10!!」

「Clean, quiet, cozy. This was our second year visiting and we hope to return for a third next year. Great communication from the hosts and very clear check-in process.」

「Wonderful little cabin in the woods. Would definitely stay here again. Only one complaint. The light over the bathroom vanity didn't work.」

「Overall, we had a great stay and would like to have stayed longer. A couple of things to note: 1) the bathroom was tiny which was difficult to use with young children, but it was well maintained and well stocked. This is not a complaint, just a note to others. Don't let it stop you from staying there. Similarly, 2) we enjoyed having access to a dock, but since it was shared with another unit who parked a boat there and left their belongings scattered around, we were only able to use it one time...

「Good stay, exactly what we were looking for as our landing pad for a fishing tournament. When we arrived the AC wasn't working. The property manager was responsive and lined up AC guys to come check it out at the earliest time possible. Luckily however, we shut it off for a few hours the ice melted and opened up airflow and it worked like a champion the rest of the stay, even when it was 100 outside.」

「Location was beautiful. The view of the pond from the cabin was so nice especially in the mornings with my coffee on porch. The property was so calming quite and relaxing.Exactly what I was looking for.」
