"We absolutely love this property! The pool is a huge bonus and the perfect place to relax after a long day on the water. The entire property is beautifully maintained, incredibly clean, and so charming. You can tell the owners take great pride in making it a wonderful place to stay. We always enjoy our time here and can't wait to come back!"

"My room was very clean and smelled good. Simplistic with nice decor. My bed was very comfortable. I have stayed at the Regency Inn every 4th of July weekend for the past 5 years. They are doing a great job renovating. The pool was not open and needs renovation. The grounds were a bit messy, and they can improve on that. Hopefully, the pool will be up and running for next July 2027. I plan to stay there again next year."

Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath house on the main canal at Keaton Beach Florida.

"Great place! It was hard to tell for us from the photos, but the separate “suite” (right next door to the main house’s front door) has a queen bed and full bathroom, and there is another room in the main house with a queen bed and full bathroom. The other bathroom is off of the living room (has the washer and dryer- NO LAUNDRY SOAP FYI!) as well as the other 2 bedrooms (one with a queen and the other with 2 twins). Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, cups, mugs, cutting boards, coffee pot and keurig, knives, Tupperware, plates, bowls, baking sheets etc. The ice machine downstairs was nice to have! Fridge has an ice maker and water dispenser. Boat slip fits one or two boats depending on size and creativity. Back porch upstairs is screened in which was super nice in the evenings. Back queen bedroom in the main house is warm with little airflow so bring a fan - the ceiling fan is very noisy! Beware the roll off site for trash does not open until noon and check out is 10am, so take your trash the night before. We will definitely be back! Everything was perfect for us and what we needed for our fishing/scalloping trip!"
