THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN TUB OR SINK! No hair dryer No grab bars to get into tub on handicap accessible room. There were grab bars on the back wall but NONE to hold while getting in. Pitiful

The stay was terrible. The people in the rooms near by were outside talking very loud until 2:00 in the morning. Fore some unknown reason someone was pressing the "Lock" on their key fob which made their horn "honk" just about every 30 minutes. We were going to stay two nights in a nonrefundable room and left after the first night.

The beds for not comfortable. Either twin beds or king, how about a double queen room or so.? I really enjoyed having linoleum on the floors instead of carpet. The showerhead was awesome after visiting the fairgrounds all day long.

The best about this is its location. The room was good, but the shower tub is clogged and all the water was stagnant. The areas outside the room weren’t in good shape and look old. The front desk ladies were good.

We had to take a handicap room to stay on ground floor, the room was ok, but the bathroom was terrible. When my husnand took a shower there was water all over the bathroom floor since there was nothing to stop the water from getting all over the floor. I skipped the shower since it was unsafe and just nasty with the water on the floor. I wondered why there were two drains in the bathroom floor. When I checked for bed bugs it was dirty between the mattress and box springs. The bed was very soft, so not the best mattress. The desk was very nice when we checked in, so that part was pleasant and the coffee was good the next morning. I can only speak for our handicap room, so maybe the others were better.

Our stay was not so good. The room and bathroom floors were not clean. The bathroom had flies in there. Beds looked and felt very clean and tidy. They were comfortable to sleep on, however the pillows were a little too small. It was super hot in the room all night, we had the AC turned on high which still didnt cool down the room enough. The unit was also VERY loud which kept us up most the night. Overall the only thing we approved of was the cleanliness of the bed. We did not have a good nights sleep and will not stay here again.

I reserved a room for me and my three kids non-smoking for the wrestling championship that weekend. I got there and checked out the room and it was obviously a smoking room. I told the front desk attendant I would not be able to stay because I have two asthmatic children. I checked out another room. It was obviously smoked in as well. I then had to find another hotel that evening 30 minutes in the direction I had just come from leaving me 45 minutes away from the destination I planned on being down the street from in them morning for my kids championship. The next day I realized the money was taken from my account anyway. When I called for my refund, I was told I was a no-show and there was nothing that could be done. Neither Expedia, or the hotel could refund the money they basically just took it. I will never be reserving rooms through Expedia or renting at any hotel related to red roof Inn again, and I recommend no one else does either.
