"The whole experience was horrendous. Firstly, they took a £100 deposit, which i was aware off. Now, around 3 weeks later i am chasing constantly for a refund. Everytime i get told it will be sorted. No one had EVER got back about this. I am now havjng to consider legal action. Nextly, we arrived on a saturday and there was a wedding on. We were placed next to the venue and the music was horrendously loud. Pumping bass into the chalet until 12 midnight!! I have videos and recordings to show how...

We took a drive from London to the Wallace Lodge and he waited till our arrival at 2130 to personally greet us and show us around. Everything is as described within the listing. "To start with the positive, the staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and the view is amazing. The property is well outdated and run down (1980s). The outdoor hallway is a desaster area. There are no restaurants, coffees, shops etc. open in the evening which would typically be the arrival time The hotel next door is the most unfriendly place I have ever come across..... they do not serve Highland Club Residents and therefore there is nothing you can get to eat within 45!...
