“Loved this place. It’s like staying on a 21st century titanic but with out the fuss of icebergs and sinking. The view from our room was amazing. The grounds were beautiful and the staff were fantastic. We loved the little museum a fascinating insight into the history of the hotel. “LOVED: The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The room was AWESOME! I loved the bed, soft and comfy, cozy! Nice size bathroom and very light and pretty. Huge closet and plenty of shelves. Room even had an in-room safe and a full size fan. I didn't use either one, but still unexpected. The view from my room was so nice out of big beautiful windows that could be opened! “Great stopover in a hotel that was a bit like the TARDIS. You can see the investment in the public rooms and the breakfast buffet area. Service was excellent and there were plenty of friendly, local staff. Check in was led by the tech and on par with upmarket city hotels.”
