「Amazing hotel. This is my 5th stay here. Only 2 gripes were the lift not working and we wer ein the 3rd floor and it was roasting even though we had the radiators off! Will definitely be back again though. 」

「We got a great last minute deal. The hotel is easy to find with ample parking to the rear. We checked in and headed to our room. It was small but clean. It had a large smart TV, a large bed, coffee and tea making facilities, a clean and modern bathroom, a safe and complimentary water. I would have liked a wardrobe or hooks on the wall to hang up our clothes/ stow our luggage but it's not a deal breaker. The hotel had a pool and gym that we checked out but didn't use. 「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」

「The hotel once our Sat Nav got us there was very very good. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and beautifully clean with a lovely big bathroom with a full size bath and shower. The breakfast was really lovely again really friendly helpful staff. Our evening meal was also a delight and reasonably priced. My husband bought me a hot stones massage from the Spa for my birthday. It was done by the lovely LJ and was so relaxing.
