“We had been looking forward to our weekly stay in Scotland for almost 3 years. Sadly, the villa did not meet our high expectations. First, the villa was in a nice location in Blairgowrie with a large yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The house has great character but it is old and rustic. There are 10 bedrooms inside the main house and 8 cottages in the courtyard. Ten of them are king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms are a nice size, but the carpet is old and the floors creak when you……

“We’ve just had a lovely weekend at the Old Stables. We really enjoyed the large, open plan kitchen/living/dining area, the hot tub and sauna and the very impressive cinema room. The house was very clean and Hazel was a great host, providing all the details we needed and very responsive to messages. Alyth is a nice wee village and the whole area is absolutely gorgeous. We had a terrific walk in the Den of Alyth and a glorious day at Glamis Castle which is very close by. ”

“Our party had a great time at the house. The location was perfect for walks straight from the door and the riverside walk into town was a highlight, especially in the snow. The house itself was exceptionally well appointed, very clean and lacked nothing. Enjoyed the log fire each night. Already planning to return next January.”

“The room was great, really cozy and e perching you need. Tv had all the streaming services. Netflix, YouTube, prime etc stunning view over the much and down to scheihallion covered in snow. Only issue was the check in time which st 4pm is pretty late, I spoke to the lady in the next lodge to us who said they let her check in at 2. So we spent 2 hours up at the main hotel waiting. But other than that a very pleasant experience. Would definitely visit again in summer to make better use of the……

“Lovely property. Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils. Views from the property were lovely. My family all like the coded door as we did not need to worry about who had the key.The owner was very helpful when we realised we did not have the vorrect sheets to make up a sofa bed for the children. Beds were especially comfortable in all of the rooms. Would love to stay again.”

“Fabulous accommodation, was travelling with family to attend wedding close by. Comfortable and clean, with everything you need for a stay. Lovely outdoor seating areas so you can enjoy the lovely garden and surrounding fields. Check in easy, with great instructions in how to find the property. Lovely location with easy access from the A9. Would definitely recommend.”
