「We were in a Junior Suite, room 1, with a Queen bed and Double sofa bed. Our main complaint was with the odd layout of the room. It was clear it used to be two different rooms that they combined to make a larger room. However, the toilet was on one side, and the shower on the other side (each in an enclosed bathroom). There is a sink on either side of the room. When the sofa bed was extended out, it was very challenging to get to the toilet from the side of the room with the Queen bed. There was...

The room door only had a handle lock which opened with an actual key - no deadbolt or other locking feature. The auxiliary entrances were not locked or secured in any manner. 「Overall the stay was great. Staff is wonderful and the restaurant bar is our favorite stop for drinks before heading off to plays. We have used this property before and the location can not be beaten. My only issue is there was a hold for the full stay amount plus an additional $200 for room charges. Then on check out we were charged the room rate amount. It has now been 7+ days and the fairly large hold is still pending. It is frustrating to have to review and confirm the amount is still not...

「Staff was friendly during check-in and check-out, very quick, too. The room was large and clean. Beds were queen sized. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was updated. Shampoo and soap, and hair dryer were provided. Location was excellent, on the road out of town, and 5 minutes from downtown. The one improvement I would like to see is a coffee maker in the room.」
