“Great place to stay at for a family to explore Kincardine!”

“Amazing, well appointed comfortable loft in excellent location close to the best restaurants, the beach, trails etc. The loft had everything one would need, and is beautifully decorated with many unique Canadian touches. All furnishings are extremely comfy, especially the super comfortable bed! Enjoyable week all around. Thanks to our hosts who are wonderful.”

“Property was clean, and quiet, easy to find our way our way around. The breakfast in the morning left a bit to be desired, food needed to be hot and was not.”

“Had a really good time! The property is exactly like in the photos. Great yard and good locations. Cleanliness probably 8/10 - perfectly fine. Floors were a little dirty (bring indoor slides) but bedrooms were perfect. It's a cottage. Only complaint - the landfill where we were instructed to take our garbage to (probably ~20mins from the property) was closed, so we had to bring it back with us. Little frustrating but not the end of the world. Easy check in / check out. Enough cooking……

“Nadine and Andrew have done an awesome job renovating this small 1920s cottage at Kintail Beach. They managed to honour the historic background of the cottage and provide modern conveniences at the same time. I stayed solo for the week and it was blissful. I'm retired and in my 60s. I spent all my time on the covered front porch or at the beach. The community was quiet and friendly. The forest around the cottage is magical and listening to the waves 24/7 was lovely. These are my notes that may……

“I had a wonderful couple nights stay at this hotel. The owner, Gill, is very friendly and helpful. I had a circuit blow on me, and no sooner than 10 minutes after I informed him, he had it fixed for me! The cleanliness of the rooms, the features available, and the excellent service make this a great stay in my books. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks!”

“First off, the listing is not accurate - it states "5 bedrooms", it's 3 bedrooms, a sunroom and a loft. As well two bed pictures in the listing were not in the space we rented - this should be fixed. One of the "queen beds" was actually two box springs and a 2 inch foam piece - not even remotely useable. The kitchen is well equipped, but when we got there 2 of the 3 pot lights over the sink as well as the light over the stove was out-we replaced what we could. The space is large for sure, but……

“Was a beautiful property nice beach although the stairs going down to it were dangerous they need to be rebuilt also bbq tanks were empty cost me 40 dollars to get a tank One of my friends stepped on a fastener going down steps it went through his shoe and into his foot overall it was a great stay”
