“I am rather disappointed with Expedia and the management of this hotel. I wasn't able to access anyone to give me proper information and directions to the location initially, only useless ai chat bots. I couldn't get either Expedia or verbo to connect me with anyone there at the location. Both said the other party was responsible and couldn't get a clear direction to arrive safely.
