Each bedroom has a digital lock for privacy, a Smart TV with Netflix, and a desk for work or study. Locks can be disabled on request before arrival. A key fob gives access to the front door and your room.
Bedroom Details
• Bedrooms 1 & 2: Double beds, 40" Smart TVs, wardrobes, desks, and mini-bar fridges with drinks and snacks for purchase.
• Bedroom 3: Two singles (can convert to a king), 50" Smart TV, open storage, and mini-bar fridge.
• Bedroom 4 (Master): King bed, 50" Smart TV, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite with dual sinks, twin showers, and a bathtub.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area is fully equipped, with a scullery offering coffee/tea, toaster, dishwasher, air fryer, and microwave. Laundry includes a washer and dryer.
The garage features a pool table, dartboard, basketball game, and a daytime-use Tesla charger. Outside is a tidy backyard and parking for two cars. Located in central Bayswater close to cafés, shops, transport, Perth CBD, and the airport.
