Kitchen: Our compact yet efficient kitchen features a four-burner electric cooktop, ample storage space, a sink for washing dishes (as dishwashers weren`t commonplace in the 70s), and sufficient dinnerware for entertaining up to six guests.
Dining Room: The dining room is furnished with a retro vintage table, providing comfortable seating for six people.
Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, adorned with commercially laundered linens and plush pillows for a restful night`s sleep. There is also ample wardrobe space for hanging clothes and storing suitcases.
Bathroom/Laundry: The bathroom boasts a convenient bathtub/shower combination, a vanity complete with a hair dryer, and extra towels. Additionally, we have a trough for handwashing and a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
Balcony: The spacious balcony is furnished with a bar table, ideal for enjoying breakfast, and two bean bags for a relaxing time while soaking in the refreshing river breeze and laid-back vibes of East Fremantle.
Take advantage of the two bikes available on-site—perfect for a scenic ride along the river just a stone’s throw away or a quick 10-minute pedal into the vibrant heart of Fremantle.
Parking: The property has parking available for one car; there is no allocated bay—it is first in, best dressed
Guest Portal & Online Check-in: After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete our simple online check-in. This will include: ✔️ Uploading a valid photo ID ✔️ Signing the rental agreement 🌿 House Rules
We love sharing our home with guests and ask that you please respect these simple guidelines so everyone can enjoy their stay:
No parties or events – This is a peaceful home. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation of your stay, without refund.
No smoking indoors – Smoking is not allowed inside. A cleaning fee of $250 applies if this rule is broken.
Quiet hours – Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am to be considerate of our neighbours.
Take care of the property – If something is damaged or goes missing, please let us know so we can sort it quickly. Guests are responsible for replacements/repairs.
Check-out – Before leaving, kindly remove rubbish, wash and put away dishes, and leave the home tidy. Extra cleaning fees apply if the home is left in poor condition.
Keys & access devices – Lost or unreturned keys and fobs will incur replacement charges.
