「Our stay was ok. Unfortunately the property doesn’t look like the photos anymore, they may be quite outdated. However the space was ok and area was close to the centre.」

「First, the apartment was NOT ready. Communication with the company Wynwood was terrible. they made me wait for 2 hours to finally gave me a different place. The customer service is terrible, someone answers when they want and you dont really know who you are talking to. I would rate this customer service as the worst I ever dealt with.」

「This is one of the best spot to stay in Cusco. Closer to train station, pharmacy, groceries and accessible to transporation to roam around tourist places. The host is very responsive. There's some noise of constructions outside but so far the insulation of the hotel is good. Highly recommended 」

「Perfect 2 bedroom suite for our family of 4. Milagros and her staff were very accommodating for our early Checkin after an overnight flight. Very flexible about breakfast time and cleaning schedule. Nice and quiet just on the outskirts of the tourist area of San Blas.」

「Pros: Perfect location in Miraflores! We loved that the apartment was within walking distance of restaurants, groceries, and the Malecon. Very handy having the washing machine on site. Bathroom was a nice size and very clean. King bed was comfortable. Lots of bedroom storage. Cons: Never did figure out the wifi. 2 bath towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for over a 2 week stay. No hand soap, no dish soap (we left the bottle we bought), and no laundry soap (we brought our own). Not sure when...

「Great value for the money for a family. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and had 2 baths as well. It is safe and very clean and comfortable. We chose it because was very close to the hotel we joined a group after 2 days and were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Communication was easy and responsive, we wished they would tell us the entrance is on the right of the building after you pass other street numbers, as we arrived during the night was a bit confusing. We recommend it to anyone...
