Clean, tidy, nicely furnished, strategically located
The apartment is clean and tastefully furnished, exactly as described in the description, with two spacious terraces. The house has free parking and is a 5-minute drive from a superstore and the local underground stop, thanks to which you can get directly to the center of Perugia. The owner was friendly and helpful. Warmly recommended, with two caveats: second floor with no lift and (at least for the moment) no mosquito nets

Umbria , regione tutta da scoprire!
Siamo soliti viaggiare ed andare in appartamento. Questo appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione ed in più era pulito e provvisto di tutto. La proprietaria, Federica, si è resa più volte disponibile a soddisfare esigenze che potevano verificarsi nei giorni di permanenza. Noi lo consigliamo a famiglie con figli , ma anche alle coppie. Siamo stati bene.Grazie Federica.

La pulizia e la cortesia sono elementi che cerco ogni volta che viaggio e sono orgogliosa che i miei ospiti l'abbiano apprezzate nel mio appartamento. Grazie a voi per aver scelto la meravigliosa cornice di Perugia e dell'Umbria per le vostre vacanze natalizie. Federica
