「The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly 」

「Spacious room, nice staff, great location. The only drawback was parking. Ended up parking in a garage far away and calling a taxi to take us to the hotel, which was in a Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL).」

「This hotel is easy to find, has a good breakfast, the location is perfect for seeing the old section of Perugia. The people at the reception gave excellent directions for getting to Assisi with trainconnection and were helpful in all aspects. I highly recommend this hotel. If you arrive by bus you take the impressive escalators all the way up to the city centre. 」

「Lobby and restaurant are luxury and swimming pool is gorgeous, we really love the facilities. Our room has a independent cloakroom but bedroom and bathroom are a little small, I'd rather to have more space of them without a cloakroom....And there is a terrace with 180 degree view, amazing! Overall, it's a luxury hotel with excellent service that you can have a relax stay.」

「Very good hotel - restaurant provides good cuisine at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet outstanding quality. Only ‘complaint’ was lack of walk in shower. Bath with hand held shower difficult to navigate as panels too high and no grab rail. However pluses far outweigh the negatives. For those - like us - using Perugia as base to c For independent travellers HGWeJA is very accessible by public transport. It is about 1km from the main rail station. You can get buses (B,C)to and from the bus...
