Nice hotel with friendly staff!

A nice hotel with friendly staff, just outside the historic center. It's located on a quiet and pretty street with some places to eat. Rooms have great views and were very clean.

Charming hotel with a courtyard!

I recommend this hotel. It is in a good location that requires about a 10 minute walk up hill to town. Cute trattoria across the street and beautiful church with gardens nearby. This hotel has a cute courtyard for having a cappuccino or glass of wine as they have a little bar in the lobby.

Peccato quell'odore!!!

Nulla da eccepire, ovvero solo una nota negativa che compromette il notevole sforzo effettuato nel rendere la struttura confortevole e accogliente,( Il non prevedere un comignolo di areazione sulla colonna di scarico del water,bidet,lavabo dalle quali fuoriescono esalazioni di fognatura che rendono inaccessibile il bagno !) tutto il resto merita un 8++

Helpful staff. A breakfast of croissant and coffee was €2.50 extra. Ask for room 352 it has a double balcony.

素晴らしい眺望

入口はとても狭い横丁から入るので、初めは戸惑うかもしれませんが、ちゃんとメインストリートにHotel Signaの看板が出ているので安心です。 中心部からは少し離れた場所にある宿ですが、私たちが滞在した4階の部屋は、丘の上からウンブリアの山並みを見下ろす素晴らしい眺望の部屋でした。この眺望を楽しむだけでも、価値があると思います。部屋自体は少し狭めではありますが、とても清潔で安心できます。 スタッフの方も、おそらく家族経営でやられているのでしょう、チェックイン時も部屋を選ばせてもらえましたし、ちゃんと相談に乗ってくれる雰囲気が好感です。また泊まりたいと心から思える宿でした。 宿への道Corso Cavourには、すごく目立ちませんがスーパーもあります。

Nice family run hotel near Perugia

Just inside the city of Perugia, by St Peter's Gate, this was handily placed for sightseeing and catching the bus/train to other places of interest. The hotel staff and family were very helpful and we upgraded to a room with a small outside terrace, which we enjoyed.

Very nice hotel in Perugia

This is hotel is well-maintained and very clean. The woman who worked at the reception desk was extremely helpful when we had any questions. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the main historic area. There is a mini-metro right next to the train station that goes up into the city and has a stop that is within a 5-minute walk of Hotel Signa. It costs less than a couple of euro per person and is much less expensive than a cab. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent historic centre location

This is a very clean and tidy hotel in excellent central location. We found the staff to be most helpful and kind. Parking is just down the street and the hotel is a short walk up a hill. We had a room with a terrace which was great since the room was a bit small. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to walk anywhere, great restaurants very close by as well. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel.

Piccolo Grande Hotel

Esperienza molto positiva, lo consiglio vivamente. Posizione strategica, a due passi dalle scale mobili e dalle stazioni degli autobus e dei treni regionali (stazione S. Anna). I signori Signa, padre e figlio, sono stati gentilissimi e professionali, sempre pronti ad andare incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Sia la camera che il bagno privato sono stati sempre molto puliti; avevo scelto una matrimoniale della tipologia "economy" dato che dovevo utilizzarla praticamente solo per pernottare, tuttavia, con un piccolo supplemento, è possibile sceglierne di più grandi, ovviamente a seconda delle disponibilità. La colazione non è compresa nel prezzo della camera, ma con soli 2 € è possibile avere un cornetto (molto buono) e un cappuccino da consumare nel gradevole e tranquillo terrazzo durante i mesi estivi. Anche il personale, addetti alla portineria e cameriere, è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. Insomma, atmosfera d'altri tempi senza trascurare le necessità dei giorni nostri. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Hostel mit guter Preis / Leistung

Das Hotel befindet sich im Bahnhofsviertel, einer keineswegs üblen Gegend mit netten Bars und Kneipen in der Umgebung. Auch das hippe Univiertel ist in 15 min zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war schlicht aber sauber, die Betten neu, der Flachbildfernseher in 40". Das Hotel hat eine schlichte Terasse, die aber zum Plaudern mit anderen Gästen einlädt. Es gibt eine Gemeinschatsküche, leider ohne Kühlschrank. Die Getränke aus dem Automaten sind italientypisch teuer. Einziger echter Minuspunkt ist das Gemeinschaftsbad. Die Duschen sind winzig, eine Dusche hat nur getröpfelt, bei der anderen war die Duschwand defekt. Pluspunkt: Wie hatten Räder dabei, die wir übernachts in einem Aufbewahrungsraum abstellen durften. Das Parken auf der Straße war unkompliziert und günstig - € 4,00 für 8 Stunden Alles in Allem ist Preis/Leistung absolut Ok!

hotel centralissimo, nel pieno centro storico di perugia. rispecchia la categoria due stelle anzi sicuramente vista la cordialità e la gentilezza della gestione anche qualcosa in più. si trova in un violetto di corso cavour quindi la quiete è garantita. pulizia della stanza e del bagno ineccepibile...se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto, il letto che come al solito non era un matrimoniale ma due singoli attaccati!

Nice place to stay

Comfortable room, good location, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet seemed quite poor to me. Though there were ham, salami and cheese, the amount of them was quite few, and it took some time to add more slices every time when they were eaten.
