Some of the flaws that you encountered were beyond our controll: you phoned us using your personal mobile and the hung ups were due to bed connection. Italian regulation is very strict on new Covid 19 restrictions and procedures: I am sorry if you felt harassed but we must stick to them. Please accept our apologies for the payment misunderstanding: it was a genuine mistake from our side. Nevertheless we are so sorry that we couldn't provide you the service and experience that we always want to offer to our estemeed guests.
