Cozy and bright apartment perfect for those who want to stay in the Umbrian countryside while being a few steps from the historic center of Perugia.
The apartment is located in a small historic building in one of the greenest areas of the immediate outskirts of Perugia, very peaceful and quiet especially at night. Just 1 km from the historic center, elegantly furnished with period furniture, it is equipped with every comfort: a comfortable double bedroom, bathroom with tub / shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright living room with comfortable sofa bed. Perfect for a couple or a family with children, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The location is ideal for those who want to move easily by car and reach the main roads to get around Umbria and visit its wonderful cities!
For those who do not have a car, you can easily reach the historic center of Perugia thanks to a convenient bus service with the stop just 10 meters from home!
