Pescara Pedestrian Area Apartment
We stayed in the flat for several nights in January. It’s located in a large pedestrian area, which is fantastic, but which also requires you to carry your luggage a couple of blocks to get to it. Long-term parking can be found at the train station just a few blocks away and it’s very inexpensive. The flat itself was clean with plenty of storage space for clothing. It has a nice balcony overlooking the pedestrian area below. We did not use the kitchen; there are great cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. The hot water in the shower runs out relatively quickly, so be aware of that. We would stay here again if we are in Pescara. The owner was exceptionally responsive, answering questions very quickly. If you do not speak Italian, she speaks English very fluently, as does her lovely son who met us with the keys.

Très beau séjour
Très grande chambre. L'appartement est très bien équipé et est situé au coeur du centre de Pescara où vous trouverez une multitude de restaurants et de bars. Nous conseillons une excursion en train vers Chieti et Ortona. Aux deux gares, prendre le bus qui vous conduira à chaque fois dans le centre. Le restaurant . La Locanda da Pia est à recommander. Les gens sont partout très accueillants.

Wir waren zu dritt im August 22 in Pescara. Lucia ist super nett, zuvorkommend und hat uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt mit Balkon zur Fußgängerzone. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß wenige Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es gibt alles nötige. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt.

Fabulous Stay
This one bedroom, one bath apartment is clean and comfortable. The greatest feature is its location! In the centre of downtown central Pescara, you will find yourself surrounded by trendy cafes and bars, amazing restaurants and fantastic shopping stores. Our host, Lucia was incredibly accommodating, always available and extremely helpful. It is a perfect location for 2 people! We look forward to a return!

Lucia was a great host and answered all my questions very quickly. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, lots of closet space, good AC, it’s bigger than it looks in the pictures! I am very happy with my stay.

The apartement is perfectly located in the center of the city with amazing bars and restaurants around it. The apartement was clean. It has a modern kitchen and bath and air condition. The hosts were always reachable on the phone and could helps all the time. It has certainly the best and practical sleeping couch I have seen so far. I just can highlight the how wonderful the host were. They even brought us an umberella for the public beach after we told we didn't want to pay for the "lidos":). The apartement is perfect to enjoy the city and veach in pescara.
