The rustic-style Il Belvedere sulla Valle House apartment is located in a sunny and rural area in Tuscany, surrounded by gardens, olive groves and orchards. The apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), an open fireplace, a TV and a baby crib.

50 meters from the house, guests can enjoy an open terrace with table, chairs and outdoor shower, from which they can enjoy the sunrise and relax from the stressful everyday life.

The apartment is located in the medieval village of Aramo, just 3 km from the center of San Quirico and 8 km from the town of Pescia. There you will also find a good selection of restaurants, stores, bars and cafes, as well as several supermarkets (15 minutes by car). The nearest interesting cities are Florence (70 km), Lucca (28 km), Pisa (55 km) and Montecatini Terme (18 km).

Parking is available on the street.

During the summer period (May-September) gas, electricity and water are included in the price. During the rest of the year heating (gas) is available for an additional fee.
