“Nasty hair everywhere, contacted the customer service number, never had anyone sent out to make it right. Never had new sheets brought to us like they promised. Nasty floors, nasty everything. Will absolutely 100% never be back. Waste of my money.”

“Had 3 people staying in the room but only 2 shower towels. Cheap uncomfortable beds. No coffeemaker. Advertised as having a nonexistent breakfast. Door handle that took at least 6 attempts to unlock and open.”

“Was pleasantly surprised to immediately notice the room had been updated - wooden floors, linens in perfect condition and a beautiful eye catching print, furniture appeared to be brand new , air conditioning worked great , bathroom clean and appeared to be updated”

“The staff was very nice and helpful. I had trouble at check in because their card reader was denying my card so my daughter had to use hers, it took 20 minutes to get checked in. The refrigerator in the room wasn’t clean it had straw and hair in it. The bathroom had Ants crawling around and the floors looked like they were mopped with dirty water. The people in the room above us were very noisy and I couldn’t sleep the first night. I complained about it but nothing was done so the noise……

“For whatever reason there was someone stomping around in a room above ours, intermittently, ALL NIGHT for one of the nights during our three-night stay. It was annoying. Some of the upholstered furniture in the room had stains and the bathroom door could not be opened all the way, bc it interfered with the toilet. We didn't complain because we didn't pay a lot for the room and it was pretty clean. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part.”

“I usually don’t write reviews and I truly don’t mean to be so critical but this stay was truly scary and unsanitary. I will say the gentleman who checked me in was very kind, but there was nothing else positive about this stay. So for starters all “non smoking rooms” are on second floor(smoke rises). My scrubs for work smelled like I’d been smoking all night. The towels looked used with black finger prints on them. Apparently they wash them themselves rather than using a towels service. ……

“I stayed at this property on May 28 through May 31 I can say I have stayed at better hotels. I definitely was not impressed with this one the room was worn down, not updated not only did, I have problems with my room key getting in my room twice, card had to be re run in there computer but the maid never returned back to our room to give us fresh towels. after we told the guy at the front desk that we were leaving for the day and the maid could come back to clean our room and give us fresh……

“The AC was the only good thing about it. It is full of bums, and they overprice everything. They put me into a dirty room when I first checked in, with holes in the sheets and the curtains, dirt on the walls and some kind of black substance that looked like mold. If you can afford not to, do not stay here.”

“The place is terrible. I would not go there again ever. The price is not right for the place. Get higher but more clean place.”
