"The staff was amazing. The rooms weren’t anything fancy, but they were clean and comfortable. The breakfast also wasn’t fancy, but it was sufficient and I thought better than your average continental breakfast. It was definitely in a safe area with white a few good dining options within just a few miles. I would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Rooms were clean, check in was not good, staff could not understand my English at check in. This was a first of experience that my English was not understandable. I was presented with a bill less than I was charged with. After talking for 5 plus minutes, they gave me another bill with actual amount charged. Breakfast was okay, check out was smooth."

"First, I would just like to say thank you so much for the stay at the cottage. It is a wonderful place for people to come and stay to experience the city of Laurel. Secondly, we enjoyed the suggestion book of restaurants and stores to go to visit. The scent library and so much more. Finally, we were a little disappointed in the cleaning of the cottage. I don’t know if yall know this or not but we could tell that the rugs had not been vacuumed in a while, the refrigerator had chocolate syrup running down the walls along with dead bugs, and there’s dust built up on most of the furniture. However, still a cute house and we enjoyed our time."

"Not worth the rate..,property is worn, needs freshening in several areas. Breakfast was only standard fare. But late evening staff, Hannah, was great. Lightning strike killed their reservation system. She worked so hard. Everybody had to call booking services to get payment guarantee ( virtual card id) crap fur the staff. Was time consuming. Staff needs backup system to alleviate this situation"

"The checkin staff were very friendly. The room was super nice. There wasn’t any hot water but because of the reason for our being in this town didn’t allow me time to alert the staff. The breakfast was good. The morning of check out somehow our key cards deactivated four hours prior to checkout and had to get that fixed because all our stuff was in the room. One of the nicer more updated Wyndham facilities."
