Cozy Historical Cottage In Petaluma

Built in 1870, our cozy cottage is located behind one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The charming and quaint studio cottage is nestled in the heart of downtown Petaluma and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bathroom. We are 3 blocks from the historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, you can dine on the patio under the willow tree.

The Cottage Studio has a peaceful charming ambiance. Tucked away behind the main house the studio has an off-street parking in the driveway and a secluded patio area.
The modern and farmhouse aesthetic features a full kitchen. 2 skylights, vaulted beam ceilings, fireplace, A/C/heater, desk, Wi-Fi, cable TV. "40" TV w/swing arm for in-bed movie watching. The beautiful Pottery Barn desk is set up for those who work remotely. There are 2 closets in the living area with shelves plus a clothing bar.

Cute, comfortable cottage behind owners home, but completely private. The natural lighting was amazing, I kept thinking lights were on and it was natural light from the skylights! Well appointed, we wanted for nothing. Bad was comfortable and all was clean. Owner was friendly and very responsive. Could not have asked for better stay!

Wonderful Comfortable Stay

Spending the weekend in the cottage was just perfect. The location is walkable to downtown and all the shops and restaurants. But what made our stay was our wonderful host. We had a great time and we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely cottage

We had a small mis communication with the host which was easily solved. There are two rentals on the same property and we chose the wrong one to move into. Once we were told we were in the wrong one we moved(with the help of our host) and were very happy with the accommodation. The cottage was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Towels were thick and fluffy. All in all a great place to stay.
