「Malta is an exotic place for me. The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes. But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place. The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and...

「This small boutique hotel has a chic design and staff are nice and friendly. Location is a plus which is right in the centre of Valletta. The only minor problem in my room is there is only bathtub but without screen and water splashing around which got the floor quite wet. But only really a minor issue comparing with its other plus points.」

The room with sea view is excellent and is definitely worth the extra price (it is spacious and even comes with a tradition Maltese Balcony!). 「Barrister Hotel is located in the city center of Valletta, very close to St. John's Co-Cathedral. There are many nice restaurants & cafes nearby. The hotel staff were extremely nice/supportive and did their best to make you feel at home, especially when I encountered an unexpected incident during my stay in Valletta.
