“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Black Bear Lodge. The location was perfect. We were just 5 minutes away from Bryce Resort where we enjoyed skiing and snowboarding. The house itself was clean, organized, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything that we needed. Lisa was very informative, pleasant and easily accessible throughout the whole process. She has truly thought of everything to make the house feel welcoming for her guests. I wouldn't……

“The house has been updated nicely especially bathrooms! Great view and the screened in porch is amazing! The location is fantastic, close to The Guesthouse and the farmer's s market too! If you are planning to cook a lot as we did, there is not a ton of counter space and no dishwasher.”

“Karen's rental is an adorable home in the country. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked, and the fenced in yard is fantastic for anyone travelling with dogs! Karen is also a very responsive, helpful host. If you want to have a lovely remote retreat, this is the place to stay.”

“We stayed at the lovely property so that we could attend a family reunion at Lost River State Park. The park was only about 7 miles from the house. The home was lovely. Clean and well maintained. We loved the front porch swing and my 12 year old son spent time on the swing off the front porch. We put on water shoes and explored the creek out back too! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook with food we brought as there are not stores close by. We plan to stay again next year! I……

“Gorgeous outdoor area and great location. Spacious home. The kitchen had some challenges with cleanliness along with a strong odor. There also is a car randomly parked at the home. Just thought I’d mention it as initially we thought we were at the wrong house since a car was there already. Also there are cameras facing the house and not all the windows have blinds on them. I’m sure there is a security reason for the cameras but makes one a bit uneasy that the cameras could see into the house.……

“Enjoyed a weekend away in Davis, WV. Was a ladies getaway to get out and hike and see some waterfalls and we did! The condo at Beaver Ridge was in the perfect location to all the spots to explore. Easily accessible and enjoyed the two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The kitchen held all we needed. And the porch was lovely in the mornings as we drank our coffee. We loved the selection of books and puzzles for the evening hours.”
